Now, for the first time ever, you can access, via the Internet, every residential and commercial property record, property tax information and plat information within the Kootenai County Assessor's, Treasurer and Recorder database. With access 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, what previously required a time consuming trip to the County Administration building, can now be at your fingertips in a matter of minutes.
Getting Started...
You may select "Guest Access" and then "Start your search..." to get started right away with the FREE access package. This will allow you to look-up property data by address and parcel number.
For more options, including detailed information to meet the needs of our professional users, there is a monthly subscription package to choose from.
Account Creation and Pricing Information...
For free access to basic information, there is no need to create an account. Just click the "Guest Access" button and then click "Start your search..."
Basic Package (Guest Access): This package allows searching by owner name provides basic property and tax information.
Level 2 Package ($55 Monthly): Level 2 package allows enhanced searching and provides detailed property information including photos. Information regarding recorded documents is also available using the Recorder Search. (Images available in the Recorders Office for a small fee.) This is an automatic monthly charge until cancelled by email. For more information please click here for Billing FAQ's.
To create an account, please select the "Create an Account" link above and fill-in the required information.
After creating an account, an e-mail will be sent confirming your subscription and stating the monthly charges. This is an automated e-mail confirming the account was created.
